If You Take a Mouse to the Movies

Whew!  One more day and it's Thanksgiving break for my firsties and me!!!!!!!  I've been working hard on common core book studies that will keep the kiddos engaged.  Christmas is coming!  My next unit focuses on the book, If You Take a Mouse to the Movies. Some of the activities include author's purpose, character description, text to self writing, opinion writing, context clues and an adorable craftivity.  It is common core aligned so it will work perfectly for lesson plans.
