This past week we had a quick PD on student engagement. With so much testing going on we sometimes lose focus on making learning fun and engaging. At our school we are currently creating a group definition of what we think student engagement should look like in the classroom. I created a padlet wall so that everyone could post their response. On padlet.com you can create a wall that has a unique web address so that others can access it and interact with it. I love padlet!!!!! After posting our responses we watched a fabulous video from teachingchannel.org. If you need a little inspiration today go watch how this second grade teacher engages her students. :0)
